Description:  Join our multidisciplinary team of Gymnastics Medicine experts as we review thoracic spine and scapular rehab, mechanics, and injury prevention! Our physical therapists will explain why thoracic and scapular movement is so important for our gymnasts, as well as demonstrate exercises you can apply to clinical practice. We will also briefly review injuries which may occur from lack of thoracic and scapular mobility.
