Description: Join our multidisciplinary team of Gymnastics Medicine experts as we explore a gymnast with elbow pain! We will break down the anatomy of the elbow, review over common signs and symptoms, perform a physical exam, explain diagnostic tests, and review over common elbow injuries that occur in gymnastics. We will then feature a gymnast who had OCD of the elbows and her experience/journey.
You will also learn about the best elbow physical therapy and strength and conditioning exercises for not only injured elbows, but also to prevent elbow injuries!
