We will break down the anatomy of the foot and ankle, review over common signs and symptoms, perform a physical exam, explain diagnostic tests, and review over common foot and ankle injuries that occur in gymnastics. You will also learn about the best foot and ankle physical therapy and strength and conditioning exercises for not only injured feet and ankles, but also to prevent them!
